The House by the Steps

SKYLINES

This new body of work is exploring landscapes and skylines, usually on the South Downs and Sussex coastal area.

The images come from observing and visiting the same places many times.

Atmosphere is felt and absorbed through familiarity and expressed through use of marks and colour either in paint or through the mediums of solar etching and monoprint.

The etchings and monoprints are all hand-made by the artist.
